A B2B furniture shop, from zero to live MVP in roughly two months
We built möbelinio, MS Möbel's B2B shop for daycare and school furniture, from scratch on Shopware 6.7 and took it live as an MVP within roughly two months of kickoff.
The Challenge
MS Möbel had no online shop for its möbelinio brand of daycare and school furniture. It needed a B2B e-commerce shop built from zero, on a fixed budget and against a firm MVP launch date.
The Approach
We delivered the shop as a structured MVP on Shopware 6.7: UX concept and theme, infrastructure and base configuration, a Shopware-native product data model with no separate PIM in phase 1, and variant handling. We set up a FireBear content-import workflow that the client's own team runs. We added a promotional landing page with a custom form plugin, then moved into post-launch refinement across further delivery iterations.
The Results
The shop went live as an MVP within roughly two months of kickoff. We then hardened it through successive delivery iterations covering plugin selection, cart sharing, forms and UI refinement. MS Möbel's team can now import and update product content in the shop itself.
