How is Team Extension different from a fixed-price project?
In a fixed-price project, you outsource a defined scope and we deliver against milestones. With Team Extension, you stay in control: our engineers join your team, follow your sprint cadence and report to your product owner. Billing is time & material: you pay for the time worked, not for a pre-agreed package.
How fast can a developer start?
Typically 2–3 weeks from the first call to the first standup. We keep an active talent pipeline specifically for fast turnaround, so we can propose qualified profiles within days of the initial brief.
Who manages the engineers, us or easy.bi?
You do. Day-to-day direction, sprint planning and prioritization sit with your product owner or tech lead. We stay involved on the people side: contract, HR, well-being, retention and any technical mentoring our engineers need.
How does billing work?
Time & material on a daily or monthly basis. You receive monthly invoices with timesheet detail. No setup fees, no minimum term. We can also agree on a monthly cap if you need budget predictability.
Can we end the engagement at any time?
Yes. We work without long-term commitments. Typical notice is 30 days: enough time for a clean handover, short enough that you stay in control. No exit fees.
Do the engineers speak German?
Most of our DACH-facing engineers are native or fluent German speakers. All engineers work in fluent English. We match language requirements to the role. If German is essential for your standups or documentation, we will only propose engineers who can deliver in German.
