How do you measure UX success?
We establish baseline metrics before any redesign work: conversion rate, task completion rate, time-on-task, error rate, and satisfaction scores (SUS, NPS). Every design decision is validated against these KPIs - we don't ship changes without data showing improvement.
Do you conduct user research or do we need to provide users?
We handle end-to-end user research including recruitment. We recruit from your user base or from a panel of qualified participants matching your ICP. We conduct moderated usability tests, unmoderated sessions, and contextual interviews - whatever the research question demands.
How long does a UX Growth engagement take?
A focused CRO sprint takes 4-6 weeks: 2 weeks of research and analysis, 2 weeks of design and prototyping, then an A/B test cycle. For design system work or full UX overhauls, typical engagements are 3-6 months.
Can you work with our existing design system?
