We took Emplifyr from concept and prototype to an admin dashboard that automates training delivery, built as an extension of the dgree course marketplace we developed earlier.
The Challenge
Emplifyr wanted to unify and automate how training reaches the workforce. Without that, administrators had to create, deliver and track training programs by hand and in separate places.
The Approach
We started from scratch with the concept and a prototype, then built them into an admin dashboard. Administrators use it to create, deliver and track training programs. Emplifyr extends the dgree web service, the online course marketplace we developed earlier, and adds automation and central management of training. The stack is PHP and Symfony with Angular, Ionic and Vue, and an OAuth2 ID service.
The Results
Training delivery is automated and course management sits on one platform, which reduces administrative work and keeps training consistent across the organization. Administrators track progress and see how workforce development is going. Emplifyr can now run training programs from creation to tracking in one dashboard.
