Download, checkout and pricing UX for TeamViewer, from research to wireframes
UX research, concepts and wireframes for TeamViewer's Windows download page, checkout, pricing and customer-portal flows, ready for a product and design team to implement.
The Challenge
The Windows download page, pricing and checkout are where TeamViewer users decide to install and buy, and TeamViewer wanted all of them clearer and simpler. The goal was a higher-converting download page and a simpler pricing and checkout experience across the product and customer portal.
The Approach
We ran UX research and produced concepts and wireframes across several areas of the product: the Windows download page, the checkout flow, a pricing and landing page, a post-purchase thank-you page and the Tensor license page. In the customer portal we designed flows including a license-termination journey and campaign pages. The engagement covered UX research and design only.
The Results
We delivered UX concepts and wireframes for the download page, checkout, pricing and customer-portal flows. TeamViewer's product and design team can now implement each of these flows from a researched concept and wireframe.
