We built a mobile app that manages Pottsalat's delivery routes and talks directly to its ERP, plus React order configurators for customers, with new features released monthly.
The Challenge
Pottsalat delivers fresh salads and bowls, and coordinating driver routes with the back office was hard work. Delivery information had to move between drivers and the ERP system. Customers also needed an easier way to personalize their orders.
The Approach
We built a mobile app in Ionic that drivers use to manage their delivery routes. The app connects directly to Pottsalat's ERP system, so the delivery team and back office work from the same data. For customers, we built React configurators that make it easy to personalize an order. The backend runs on Python, and we ship new features every month.
The Results
Pottsalat now manages logistics and delivery routes in one app linked to its ERP, which supports on-time deliveries. The configurators and monthly releases keep improving the customer experience. Pottsalat can now plan routes, coordinate drivers and roll out new features on a steady monthly cycle.
