One platform for vacant properties and relocation requests, with filters, alerts and PDFs
We built a Symfony and React platform where property owners and prospective tenants post, filter and manage vacant properties and relocation requests, with notifications and PDF reports.
The Challenge
Immovativ had no single platform for handling vacant real estate and relocation requests. Property owners and prospective tenants needed one place to post requests and find relevant properties quickly.
The Approach
We built the platform on Symfony and PHP with MariaDB, and a React frontend using Material Design. Property owners and prospective tenants register, then post, filter and manage relocation requests. We added user management, a notification system, and filtering and sorting so users find relevant properties quickly. Reports and documents are generated as PDFs with Node.js and Puppeteer.
The Results
Vacant properties and relocation requests are managed on one platform. Filtering and sorting help users find relevant properties quickly, and notifications keep them up to date. Users can now create reports and documents as PDFs directly from the platform.
