Gradoo is Germany's largest platform dedicated to graduation, supporting students throughout their academic journey. easy.bi partnered with Gradoo to assist in migrating their legacy app to a new platform, focusing specifically on developing the backend and back office for the new application. Our work ensures that the Gradoo support team can close tickets faster, address user inquiries efficiently, and deliver an enhanced support experience.

Our contribution

easy.bi collaborated closely with Gradoo to support the migration of their legacy app to a new platform, focusing specifically on developing the backend application. The backend is designed to be utilized by Gradoo's support team, enabling them to efficiently manage support tickets and respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.

The backend application was built using Python and the Django framework, offering scalability and ease of maintenance. We provided support for the integration of the mobile application, which was developed entirely by Gradoo's own team. We used React Native to ensure seamless interaction between different parts of the platform, while ElasticSearch was implemented for advanced search capabilities, allowing the support team to quickly locate relevant information and address user needs.
