Revolutionizing workforce development with a unified training platform
Emplifyr sought to create a platform that unifies and automates the delivery of training to help develop the next generation of the workforce. easy.bi partnered with Emplifyr to develop a powerful web service, starting from the concept and prototype to building a comprehensive admin dashboard. The platform is designed to streamline workforce development and is an extension of the degree web service, where we helped create a marketplace for online courses.

Our contribution
easy.bi collaborated closely with Emplifyr to develop a web service that simplifies and automates the way training is delivered to the workforce. We started from scratch, building the concept and prototype into a powerful admin dashboard that allows administrators to manage and deliver training effectively.
The platform is an extension of the existing degree web service, where we previously assisted in developing a marketplace for online courses. This extension enhances the existing offering by adding automation and unified management for training programs, making it easier for administrators to create, manage, and track employee training and development.
The technology stack included PHP and Symfony for backend development, ebiPlatform for integration, and front-end technologies such as Ionic, Angular, and Vue for building a responsive and engaging user interface. OAuth2-ID-Service was used for secure authentication, ensuring that user data and access were managed securely.
The journey to success
The success of the Emplifyr project was built on a foundation of collaboration, innovation, and a shared vision for transforming workforce development. From the outset, we worked closely with Emplifyr's stakeholders, including product managers, HR specialists, and training coordinators, to understand their needs and challenges.
Through discovery sessions and workshops, we identified key areas where technology could enhance the training process, such as automating administrative tasks, centralizing training management, and creating a unified marketplace for courses. Our focus was on delivering a flexible and scalable solution that could adapt to Emplifyr's evolving needs and support their mission of workforce development.
By leveraging modern technologies and a user-centered design approach, we developed a platform that is not only powerful but also easy to use, ensuring that administrators can focus on delivering high-quality training without getting bogged down by complex tools. Continuous feedback and iteration allowed us to refine the platform, ensuring that it met Emplifyr's high standards of quality and usability.
