Univativ Management GmbH is a leading company specializing in placing students and academics in professional roles. Their internal IT team uses many industry-standard solutions like SAP, Salesforce, and powerful web platforms to facilitate job placement processes. easy.bi partnered with Univativ's IT team to support and further develop the "Universal Business Connector" that seamlessly integrates SAP, Salesforce, and similar tools into their network of intranet systems, ensuring efficient operations across the organization.

Our contribution
easy.bi collaborated with to create key integration solutions for the Universal Business Connector and its communication with legacy systems, including new websites, Salesforce, SAP, Datev, LinkedIn, Xing, and Indeed. The Universal Business Connector serves as a communication bridge, integrating data and workflows from various platforms, allowing the Univativ team to manage operations related to their job placement and application processes. API connections and a message queue system facilitated seamless integration of these services.
Our role was to help Univativ develop their existing website and ensure that the Universal Business Connector integrates effectively with all necessary systems. Our focus was on providing expert development services and actively supporting Univativ's internal team to meet their goals, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions to address their specific requirements.
The technology stack included PHP and Symfony for backend services, with VueJS as the frontend technology. Additionally, we used AWS Lambda functions together with AWS Event Bus, AWS Queues, AWS Step Functions, and other AWS products for microservice development and communication. We also used Svelte and Svelte Kit for backend and frontend development of microservices. AWS RDS was used for data storage, while project management was facilitated by Microsoft 365, with GitLab CI/CD and Bitbucket for version control.
