Observit provides an enterprise platform that is part of an extensive system for managing devices, including cameras in buses and traffic systems. Their primary product is traffic software used to manage public transportation, particularly public buses. This software integrates with cameras to enable real-time monitoring and management of transportation systems, including parking zone control and bus fleet management.
Our contribution
easy.bi partnered with Observit to enhance the user experience of their enterprise platform. Although we did not develop new features or functionality, we focused on a complete UI/UX refactoring of the platform. The goal was to redesign the entire user interface, making the system more intuitive and visually appealing for users, thereby improving overall usability.
The platform allows users to manage parking zones, monitor traffic, and interact with a live player connected to the system's cameras. Our UI/UX work involved redesigning how all pages look and function, ensuring that the platform provides a seamless experience for managing public transportation systems.
The redesign included modernizing the layout, optimizing navigation, and improving the visual hierarchy to make it easier for users to interact with the system and manage their tasks efficiently.
The journey to success
