Enhancing guest experience with a full-stack content platform
Nevron, a hospitality technology provider, partnered with easy.bi to build a full-stack content platform aimed at improving the guest experience. Together with several international teams, which we managed, we worked on both the backend and the admin panel using Laravel and VueJS. We also created a TV application for hotel rooms to deliver content directly to guests. In addition to software development, we reworked Nevron's entire DevOps operations, migrating their services from Google Cloud to a more scalable platform. We also introduced Agile methodologies to improve their delivery process and ensure efficient project management.
Our contribution
easy.bi collaborated closely with Nevron to develop a comprehensive content platform that significantly enhances the guest experience in the hospitality sector. Our team built a backend using Laravel and designed a user-friendly admin panel with VueJS, enabling Nevron to effectively manage and deliver content to guests. A key feature of this platform is the TV application for hotel rooms, which ensures guests receive relevant and engaging information during their stay.
In addition to software development, we restructured Nevron's DevOps operations, migrating their services from Google Cloud to a more scalable platform to improve efficiency and reduce costs. We also implemented Agile methodologies, which enhanced the delivery process and ensured that new features and improvements were rolled out efficiently and on schedule.
The technology stack included Laravel for backend development, VueJS for the frontend, PHP, and Typescript for scripting, Matomo for analytics, and GitLab for version control. Project management was facilitated using FigJam, Jira, and Confluence, ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams.
