Immovativ needed a platform to efficiently manage vacant real estate and settlement requests. easy.bi partnered with Immovativ to develop a Symfony-based platform that streamlines the process for real estate providers and seekers to post and manage settlement requests. The solution includes features such as user registration, user management, notification systems, filtering, sorting, and PDF generation.
Our contribution
easy.bi collaborated with Immovativ to create a comprehensive platform for managing vacant properties and settlement requests. The platform was built using Symfony and was designed to provide a seamless experience for both property owners and potential tenants, allowing them to post, filter, and manage settlement requests efficiently.
Key features of the platform include a streamlined registration process, user management functionalities, and a robust notification system to keep users informed. We also developed advanced filtering and sorting options to help users find relevant properties quickly. Additionally, the platform includes PDF generation capabilities, enabling users to easily create reports and documents.
The technology stack included PHP for backend development, MariaDB for data storage, React for the frontend, and Material Design for a modern and responsive user interface. We used Docker for containerization, Node.js, and Puppeteer for PDF generation, with project management facilitated through GitLab, Confluence, and Jira.
