easy.bi has developed ebiTools, an ecosystem of several custom-made products, aimed at digitizing various business processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations. Using ebiPlatform as a backend framework, ebiTools integrates multiple products that facilitate work order management, time tracking, cash flow, inventory, budget management, finance, and more -providing companies with a comprehensive solution for managing their day-to-day operations.

Our solution
easy.bi worked extensively on creating the ebiTools ecosystem, leveraging ebiPlatform as the backend framework to provide companies with a unified digital solution. The custom products within ebiTools are designed to digitize a range of processes, including work order management, time tracking, cash flow management, inventory control, and financial management, enabling companies to boost efficiency and improve transparency across departments.
To ensure a seamless user experience, we conducted comprehensive UX research throughout the development process. This involved engaging with users to understand their needs, gathering feedback, and iterating on the design to create intuitive and user-friendly tools.
The technology stack included PHP and Symfony for backend development, ebiPlatform for integration, and a range of front-end technologies such as Ionic, Angular, and Vue to deliver responsive and engaging user interfaces. We implemented Oauth2-ID-Service for secure authentication and ElasticSearch for advanced search capabilities. Figma was used for design and prototyping, ensuring that the user experience was optimized for each product.
