Denta Plus offers a suite of platforms designed to simplify the work of dentists and dental technicians, making processes smoother across connected clinics. easy.bi partnered with Denta Plus to enhance one of their applications, which provides an overview of all dentists in the system and facilitates communication between dentists and technicians.
Our contribution
The focus of our work was on enhancing an existing application that provides a concise overview of all dentists in the system. Users can select a dentist to view the list of patients, and further drill down to a patient's detail page, where they can upload X-ray images and add comments.
The primary function of the application is to facilitate the upload of multiple X-ray images, making it easier for dentists and dental technicians to collaborate. Users can add comments about each patient, allowing for effective communication and the exchange of specific details regarding treatment.
Although the application's functionality remained unchanged, we undertook a complete UI/UX redesign to enhance the overall user experience. The application was made more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring that dentists and technicians can easily navigate and use the platform to improve patient care.
The journey to success
The success of the Denta Plus project was built on understanding the unique needs of dental professionals and their workflows. easy.bi collaborated closely with Denta Plus stakeholders to ensure that the redesigned application addressed their specific requirements, focusing on ease of use and enhancing communication.
Our UI/UX team conducted workshops to gather insights from users, focusing on pain points and areas where improvements could be made. By incorporating user feedback, we redesigned the interface to be more intuitive, with a cleaner layout and improved navigation. This iterative approach allowed us to deliver a solution that was aligned with the needs of dentists and dental technicians, making their work more efficient.
The impact
